Workplace Mental Health Awareness Workshop:
How to recognize people who seem vulnerable in order to hear them
and direct them to personalized support.
This half-day workshop is offered in class or virtually by one of our
experienced instructors. This workshop is the result of our many years of experience with people affected by psychological distress at work. The purpose of the workshop is to equip managers so that they can detect signs of psychological distress in employees as early as possible.
It also aims to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills
to engage in an empathetic and constructive dialogue with employees experiencing a mental health issue.
More specifically, the objectives are:

Coaching
Coaching is a tailor-made service to help managers, regardless of the
hierarchy they occupy in the company, whether they are team leaders or presidents-general managers.
This service is offered to all managers who must deal directly or indirectly with one or more employees struggling with a mental health issue.
Our Help and Support program offered to businesses in the event of psychological distress includes coaching support tailored to the needs of front-line managers. We intervene on call to support them in the heat of the moment in their dealings with an employee. We can also intervene in the form of one-off meetings or as part of a more structured medium or long-term approach, in small groups or individually.
