Mission and approach
Staircase in English, our name l'Escalier speaks and has meaning.
Listening to propose a graduated mobilization approach in line with the capacities of individuals, accompanying our clients to climb step by step the path that leads to recovery, supporting them at each stage and until the end, that is why we are l'Escalier.
We spare no effort and give the best of ourselves to accompany, support and help our clients regain their abilities. It is said of us that the singularity of our mobilization plans makes a difference in the lives of individuals.
All our efforts and interventions converge towards a return to health and a healthy and balanced life, both personally and professionally. We help policy holders or employees take responsibility and get started with respect, listening, compassion and transparency.

Our team is comprised of vocational rehabilitation and mobilization specialists from diverse backgrounds. We take meticulous care to partner with professionals who share our vision and approach.
